Simple sweet and sour sauce, without the red food coloring.
3/4 C unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 C vinegar
3/4 C sugar
6 T ketchup
3 t cornstarch
1/4 C soy sauce
Mix all ingredients, cook over medium heat stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and the sauce clears somewhat.
